Healing and growing can be a hard journey to travel alone and asking for help when we feel stuck can be even harder. I am here to help!   My name is Mariana and I am so glad you are here!  You made the first step towards improving your wellbeing.  

Whether we are experiencing difficulties in our intimate relationships, have parenting concerns, or are experiencing anxiety or depression, a lot can be done to help those concerns be addressed and improved. Our ability to better cope and to build strength and resilience is often connected to our motivation and willingness to work on making changes. It is when you feel you want to do something different but you do not know what to do about it, that the help from a professional can make a big difference. 

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and I provide counselling and therapy to individuals, couples and families with a wide range of concerns. and I utilize a variety of approaches and interventions based on client's styles and needs.
